What is a group?
For most shows ten or more seats makes you a volume buyer with all the ‘group’ benefits. Click on the show logo to the left and scroll down to availability for the group minimum for your show.
Do I have to pay now?
A non-refundable 20% deposit will be due within one week of the reservation and your balance will be due 60 Days prior to your performance date, we will reserve your seats and give you time to collect payment from your organization or fellow show-goers. Deposits are collected on a per order basis and are non-transferable. Orders within 60 Days of their desired performance date will have to pay in full soon after their confirmation if not on that day.
Can I add seats to my order?
Since there is no obligation, it is to your advantage to estimate high and reduce your numbers when it is time to pay. As long as you keep the group minimum for your show, you get the volume buyer benefits. Plus, if you estimate low and call to add more, the seats you want may no longer be available. We cannot add to an order that is paid for.
Is the theatre accessible to handicapped individuals?
Handicapped access information varies from venue to venue. We will provide complete information on accessibility if you describe your needs in detail when you make your request.
What about bags and packages?
In the interest of safety backpacks, luggage and large bags are not permitted in our theatre and all bags and packages will be searched upon entry. Please be advised the Pantages Theatre does not have a coat or bag check.
